The plant has fully automatic line from shifting of materials to packing. The latest system of Material Handling System is adopted to minimize direct contamination & handling loss. The automatic line comprises machinery from reputed companies like Bectochem, Pam Glatt, Cadmech & Technofoour.The main features are as follows.

Suitable for 80mg to 1500 mg for tablets,in different shapes.
Suitable for 300 mg to 700 mg for capsules.
Capsules can be filled with tablet on automatic lines.
Metal Detector Facility with each compression line.
Packing is available in Alu-Alu,Alu-PVC & Strip packing.
Separate lines for man& material movements.
Full production area is covered with Hepa Filters.
Facility to take the batch from 50kgs to 300 kgs.
Storage facility for manufactured batches until releases from QC.
A.C.Store for storage of finished goods & Raw Materials.
R.L.A.F. for dispensing & sampling of Raw Materials.
